Training
With the increase in exports and diversification of markets, there was a need to readjust equipment and further improve product quality. Cadilhe & Santos is in a phase of internal transformation and improvement, seeking to implement a comprehensive approach to markets with greater added value. With the development of this project, Cadilhe & Santos intends to train staff from different departments and, by facilitating communication between the company and its stakeholders, contribute not only to the qualification of its human resources but also to the development of the company's strategic goals.
Outcome indicators to achieve
- Degree of compliance with the activities set out in the training plan, measured by the ratio between the number of training hours scheduled and the number of training hours carried out within the scope of the project (%): 100%
- Percentage of employees who, by survey methodology, consider themselves more suitable for innovation and management, compared to the total number of employees involved: 100%.
